When will my order be shipped?

We ship all out items as soon as possible.

▪️ On average all items are ready to be sent within 24 hours.

▪️ All items are shipped with UPS or DHL.

▪️ All items will be sent insured and with tracking number.

 

When will it arrive?
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

We’ve no control of the same force majeure (sometimes weather will delay packages). In such cases, we are not responsible.

RETURNS

How i return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your jewelry as we do, however If you are not entirely satisfied

with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days.

▪️ Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
▪️ Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account via WIX payments.

▪️Any shipping fees for returned item(s)are paid by the buyer.

▪️All Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

▪️When we receive the item(s) back we fully refund you (Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed).

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
 

I din't pick up my order, what now?
▪️In any case please contact us immediately! 

▪️We gladly re-ship orders that are returned to us as unclaimed. Customers are responsible for the re-shipping fee and an additional fee 15% of the value of products as handling charges.

▪️Unclaimed orders (signature tracking, never picked up or signed for) are partly-refundable. We issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 45% of the value of products as handling charges.

▪️Unclaimed orders are NON-REFUNDABLE when there is no contact from the buyer 2 months after the order has been placed and shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS
 

Can i request a custom order?
Custom order items are welcome. Times will vary, depending on order, but we will get your piece to you as soon as possible.

▪️I require a 50% deposit for any custom work and the balance upon completion.

▪️Custom orders are final sales.

▪️Deposits are non-refundable.

but even the most durable of jewelry needs tender, loving care to keep its shine.

We always recommend you remove your jewelry before:

▪ exercising, gym
▪ sleeping or napping
▪ also avoid contact with perfume, chemicals and extreme temperatures
